LOVE working with Dr. Mims. She is so talented as a physical therapist. Her techniques for relief of acute pain and strengthening as a preventative have had a huge impact on lower back and hip issues. In addition, she has given me tools to use at home in between our sessions that have made my progress more rapid. She is a professional, caring, top notch physical therapist. The use of pilates in her treatment protocol has created permanent improvement in my condition.
I strongly recommend Dr. Mims, a top physiotherapist with an amazing personality. I have been treated by her in the past year and a half and Dr. Mims has a significant role in making my life less painful. She is professional, I completely trust her, and I always feel much better after our sessions. Dr. Mims has been treating my injured tailbone, my knees, and jaw (from being problematic after past surgeries) and she is always up to date with new and helpful exercises.
